A Process Designed Around You
1. Initial Consultation
Your experience begins with a consultation—either in person or by phone, depending on your project scope and timing. This is a collaborative conversation where we:
- Discuss your vision, timeline, and investment range.
- Offer expert insights and creative solutions tailored to your space..
- Provide guidance on phased project options, allowing you to build your dream landscape over time if desired.
Following the consultation, you’ll receive a Project Planning Guide outlining potential features with estimated price ranges. If you choose to move forward, we collect a design retainer, which is later applied toward your installation.
2. Design & Proposal
- A detailed scope of work with exact pricing.
- A structured payment schedule outlining key project milestones.
- A materials deposit, securing your spot on our installation schedule.
Within 48 hours of signing your contract, we provide a projected start date based on project size, seasonality, and material availability.
3. Project Kickoff & Installation
As your project approaches, we hold an onsite kickoff meeting (for larger projects, we encourage clients to attend). At this meeting:
- Your Landscape Design Consultant and Project Manager review the project roadmap, confirm layouts and materials, and walk the property.
- Your Project Manager becomes your primary point of contact, keeping you updated on progress and addressing any questions.
- Payments are made according to milestone-based schedules outlined in your contract.
4. Final Walk-Through & Completion
Once your project is complete, your Project Manager will walk the property with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Any final adjustments are made at this time, and the final invoice is due. We’ll also discuss our maintenance services to help you protect your investment.
5. Ongoing Care & Warranties
- For large planting projects, we return within 1–2 weeks to check plant health, soil moisture, pests, and watering plans.
- Hardscape features include manufacturer-backed warranties, plus our workmanship guarantee.
- If you select a qualifying maintenance package, your plant warranty extends to 12 months (otherwise, standard coverage is 60 days).
- A dedicated Landscape Maintenance Consultant can walk you through your options.
