Marcus is a founding owner of Gardens of Babylon and has 22 years of experience in the landscape industry. He continues the vision started by his father when the company was founded in 2003. As CEO, he works closely with the executive team to guide strategy and company growth. His leadership emphasizes innovation, sustainability, and service excellence.
Cade Robertson
COO
Cade has been with Gardens of Babylon since 2009 and became COO in 2023. He brings deep expertise in landscape operations and project execution. He leads cross-functional teams and drives efficiency across departments, advancing the company’s ongoing development. Cade focuses on collaboration, streamlined systems, and high-quality service delivery.
Dana Stein
VP, Operations (Landscape Production & Maintenance)
Dana has over 30 years of experience in the green industry and joined Gardens of Babylon in 2017. She leads the teams responsible for landscape production, maintenance, procurement, and facilities. Dana emphasizes quality control and continuous improvement across all project execution. She holds a degree from MTSU and several professional certifications.
Dan Hoy
VP, Operations (Marketing, Customer Care & Garden Center)
Dan brings 20 years of experience in marketing and business operations. He joined Gardens of Babylon in 2014 and oversees marketing, customer care, and the garden center. Dan helps shape the brand and streamline the customer journey across all channels. His work supports brand development and deepens client engagement across marketing and service channels.

Sales Director
Patrick is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in landscape sales and development. He leads the sales and design teams, creating new opportunities across residential and commercial markets. Maintenance Branch Manager
Chris has over 20 years of experience in landscape maintenance and leads the maintenance division at Gardens of Babylon. He brings expertise in drainage, irrigation, lighting, and pesticide application. Chris is known for developing systems that promote efficiency and lasting landscape performance. His leadership ensures quality results for both residential and commercial clients.
Bryce Marion
Director of Account Management
Bryce has been with Gardens of Babylon since 2021 and leads the Client Services team. He develops tailored maintenance plans for residential and commercial clients. Procurement Director
Susi has 25 years of experience in horticulture and leads procurement at Gardens of Babylon. She ensures high standards and swift procurement for plant materials and hardscape products. Before joining the company, she spent 16 years at Samara Farms building strong vendor relationships. Susi holds a degree from MTSU and is TCNP certified.
